We strive to provide reliable and continuous service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

5.3 Automatic Renewal

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your initial purchase. Renewals and enterprise contracts may have different refund terms.

You retain ownership of any content you transmit through our Services. However, we do not access, monitor, or store your network traffic data in accordance with our no-logs policy.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
No-Logs Policy: We do not log your network traffic, browsing history, or online activities. We maintain this policy to protect your privacy and ensure the confidentiality of your data.
8. Service Level Agreement
We target 99.99% uptime for our Services, excluding:
- Scheduled maintenance (notified in advance)
- Force majeure events
- Issues caused by your equipment or internet connection
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Enterprise customers may have separate SLA terms outlined in their service agreements.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
- Accuracy or completeness of content
- Freedom from viruses or harmful components
We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of implied warranties, so some limitations may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONEDOTNET AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Business interruption or loss of business opportunities
- Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR £100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OneDotNet and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use or misuse of the Services
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
- Your content or activities using the Services
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
12.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without notice, if:
- You breach these Terms
- Your account is used for prohibited activities
- You fail to pay subscription fees
- Required by law or legal process
- Necessary to protect our Services or other users
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete your account data after a reasonable period. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, indemnification, and limitation of liability clauses.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
